Portrait

This is the best portrait shot I got this week, it was taken as the sun was setting. The only difficulty was that my subject was not too happy with being photographed, but I managed to get a few really good shots. I tried to make some adjustments in Photoshop to make it  look more dramatic, but I didn't like what I got so I just posted the original photo.

Your portrait is wonderful! The lighting is excellent, the position of the subject and the mood superb! You may have only been able to do this one, but it is a great shot and speaks volumes!

Wow, that's the original? The moment I saw it I thought you had adjusted the lighting to make it look dramatic. Very well posed.

Alina,

This photo is great! It is already dramatic, no need to do anything with it. The natural light is great, and so is the subject's mood. A lot easier to get the uncheery look than when you ask them to look sulky. I love this photo! It really looks like an ad for Abercrombie or American Eagle (?sp).

You did a great job with this photo the lightening and color that came with the sunset are just right. If the subject was not happy that is not the mood I get from the photo. He looks deep in thought...
